Why now?

Was I maybe sort of inspired by Cory of Tongue in Cheek? Someone who like me, hates to have her picture taken. Of course, saying this, I in no way put myself anywhere near her on-line-journaling abilities. She "wrote the book" on many aspects of on-line-journaling, as many of you already know. And anyone who isn't familiar with her, you are in for a treat. Just wait till you discover the lovely entries she makes daily. Little jewels! Truly little jewels.

But .... back to my issue. Why me, now? I did have Anthony shape my hair in a way we both like, yesterday. I've been growing it out, from very, very short and that can be an awful chore. It always looks like one is doing just that.... growing it out and not knowing where it's going. Eeeek! So when I finally could tell him more than... "I'm just growing it," it was kind of a red-letter day. :-) So I had my husband keep snapping pics, when I got home.

Of course, I failed to see that I had a piece of the cheese {snack} I'd grabbed, left in my teeth!!! Oh sigh... You can see it behind the 5th tooth. -sigh- And as if I needed any attention brought to my already dark stained teeth. -sigh- I look like I smoked all my life and I have NOT! -sigh- Yes, it's high time I got some of that whitening stuff! Or never open my mouth! :-)

But regardless, if you are reading these words, I must have gotten up courage and actually posted pictures of myself. Mmmm... not yet. Have not gotten up that courage yet. In fact, I've had these pictures in Draft form, since yesterday. :-)
