To the issue of people being unable to comment here?
I see a consensus.
Firefox.
People who use Firefox as their Web browser, seem to solve their problems here.
I have been using Firefox as my Web browser, for a long time. Long before anyone could not comment here. So it seems that it must be some sort of Blogger issue.
And I know that not everyone can just switch over to Firefox, to comment here. But I don't know what else, I myself can do. Other than scream at Blogger.
Which I am considering...
