There are more photos of the renovation process, on *my* Carriage House... Over on my photo blog... Photos City Mine. Including information on the final colors.

And when I call it *my* Carriage House... I only mean that I love it and would love for it, to be mine. It is not, and never will be. But it's in my line of sight, looking out my kitchen and den windows. I've watched it for years. It's been neglected and kind of let 'go to seed.' I've never been able to get inside, as the old couple who owned it, were very reclusive. And I've wondered about the layout... And conjured up in my mind, what I would do with it, if it were mine. :-)
.
So after all these years of looking and pondering, I'm having great fun with finally learning so much about it, and its history. By chatting with the caretaker of the estate, which purchased it.
.
Purchased it "back," as it were. The Main House and the Carriage House were one property unit originally. Some time along the years, the Carriage House was sold off. Now the 2 units are reunited, as one property, again.
