Update on the 'Visual Verification' problem. This morning {Fri.} I'm not having the problems I had. The 'Funny Word' is showing up, for me to try to copy it correctly. I still may have to try to copy it, more than one time, but at least, I can now see it. That was the issue. I could not even see it!
In the comments, a couple of things were mentioned. And now I forget who said what so I'll just try to remember. :-) One was, Kelli I think, said she switched from Safari to Firefox and had less trouble. But I have been switched to Firefox for a long time. And I was still having the new trouble of... the 'Funny Word' didn't even show up.
And someone else asked if this 'Vis. Ver' can be turned off. Yes, it can. And I turned mine off. It's an individual choice. I got some spam coment, a long time ago and turned it on. But with this issue last night, I turned it off. Mmmm, will I have to turn it back on again? Who knows.
There have been lots and lots of troubles with the Net, as a whole. Maybe this is just a passing one, which hit Blogger. Guess we will see.
Thing is, I can never make anyone's e-mail addy show, even though many have a clickable link for their email addy. Never can I get them to show. So I have no other way to tell people, that I can't comment in their blogs. :-( I know we have a setting to allow our email addy to show. I have mine enabled. But I doubt all the rest of bloggers do not have theirs enabled. I think my problem with this, is mine alone. But... who knows....
And that is my update, from snow/ice/ick land. Bleahhh... -grin- Nope, that's still not an upbeat entry, is it? But! I did put my most favorite rose icon on this one!!! That is a step in the right direction!!!
