Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint."
How do you read that?
As I do...? That citizens/voters of this country, have no right to check on {Judge's term is "police"} the fulfillment of our Constitution's provisions... Unless and until Congress passes laws, so allowing?
