Today, *The Resident Chef* will make Corned Beef and Cabbage and Potatoes and Carrots,
cooked all day in the Crock Pot.
And since traditional Irish Soda Bread is too dry for both of us,
I'll make regular Beer Bread.

3 cups self-rising flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 bottle beer {at room temp}

Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour.
