To-Do-Lists ~~ doing them

Everyone has to-do-lists. Written down or in our heads. Things to-do in the next hour, this afternoon, today, tomorrow, this coming weekend, next week, next month, next year, next century... Well, maybe not next century but.... :-0 But... To-do-lists. We have them.

Now comes the interesting part... How do we typically try to do them?

Maybe the worst way is my way... Try to rush to get them done. Not necessarily rushing the *doing.* How about rushing the thing we want to do now, so we can get to the doing of the 'to-do-thing'? -sigh- Yes, way too often, that's my style.

Seems that just plain always doing everything calmly, would be a better plan.

OK, I really should be doing many other things right now. Or I could be so doing. But I like to have my morning decaf, at the keyboard. Is that so *awful*? Of course not! Sooooo, do my morning decaf and the Net, in a calm and purposeful way. Then go on to the next {and probably less fun} do-thing. At the very least, I'll not have begun my day, in a rushed mood. Everything seems more do-able, without rush and stress.

Just a morning thought....
