If you remember the 'Apple Bread' recipe, I posted a bit ago ~~ Well, I don't have any apples today. So I thought I'd try substituting another fruit. Raisins! I have raisins. But just plain raisins? Why not 'perk them up,' thought I.
So I'm presently *marinating* them in Rum! :-)
I'll be sure to report back, with the results of my substituting and experimenting. :-)

Oh and earlier today, we had our Flu shots. Doctor Tom's office usually offers them, before this. But ~ today was the first, this year.
So far, my arm is fine. But 'Mr. MN's' arm hurts. :-( Seems he didn't relax it, quite as well as he should have.... But it's not keeping him out of his wood working shop! :-)
