I admit, I have not crafting skills. But I'm sort of proud of this attempt....
My husband made a lamp, out of a canning jar. But the only shade which fit, was pure white. I wanted this to be an ambiance lamp on a Kitchen counter. And this pure white shade let way too much brightness through.
So I tried painting it with water colors, twice so far. It's so much more an ambiance lamp now. Maybe I'll put another coat on, in a while. :-)
One picture of 'before' and one of 'after.' I'm learning how to put pictures here, so I hope the 'before' is placed... before the 'after'!!! ,-)
